Return & Exchange Policy

Returns

You may return eligible items within 30 days of receiving your order.

To qualify for a return:

• Item must be unused and unwashed

• Item must be in original condition

• All tags must still be attached

• Item must be free of stains, damage, or odor

We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.

Exchanges

We offer exchanges for:

• Incorrect size

• Manufacturing defects

• Wrong item received

If you need a different size, please contact us within 7 days of delivery to arrange an exchange (subject to availability).

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

• Final sale items

• Gift cards

• Custom or personalized items

• Worn, washed, or altered garments

Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective:

• Contact us within 5 days of delivery

• Provide clear photos of the issue

• Include your order number

We will arrange a replacement or refund after review.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected:

• You will be notified via email

• Approved refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days

• Refunds are issued to the original payment method

Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the error was ours.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless:

• You received the wrong item

• The product is defective

We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as CV Eagles is not responsible for lost return packages.
